Our end and side hinged cars are engineered for efficiency and durability. Wheel and suspension design extends wheel and rail life by 10 to 20 times. Maintenance costs are nominal 1% of older conventional systems over 15 to 20 years of operation. In combination with our chutes, cars can be loaded continuously without spillage. They feature a large discharge opening and can be dumped in motion at 50 m/min. train speed. Minimal rolling resistance reduces locomotive weight and power needs, tractive efforts and costs.
