Responsibilities

To provide system administration and support for AX. To assist other departments towards the constant improvement in AX and its tools. To create and maintain ax reports and queries. To keep track of training manuals, procedures and reports. To ensure that the proper steps/procedures are followed for changes regarding the ERP system.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for AX.
• Oversee all AX Procedures and security changes.
• Create and maintain reports/queries for AX and Qantel.
• Maintain in a central location all training manuals, procedures and reports.
• Work with other departments to improve processes and procedures in AX.

Requirements:

• Must have extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office including MS Access.
• Must be knowledgeable in SQL.
• AX systems experience is a must.
• Experience in Qantel is an asset.
• An overall understanding of MTI business structure is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
• Excellent organizational and record keeping skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
