The MTI Mobile Equipment division evolved from the foundations of John Clark Industries (JCI), and Continuous Mining Systems (CMS). Operations are now run from the original CMS plant and it is primarily used for the production and repair of Rail Haulage, Trucks, Loaders, and Jumbo & ITH drill rigs. From development to production, MTI supplies the tools for an efficient operation. We produce some of the worlds best performing drilling tools, and specialize in IR Montabert conversions. MTI has continuously developed new ground engaging technologies like the MTI HydraCrusher, and it is our innovative approach which has brought our customers to a new era in job efficiency. MTI Rail Haulage systems have assisted many of our customers achieve a continuous and efficient operation, from our locos’ and rail cars to our chutes and dump stations.

In that spirit MTI has developed new and innovative technology that is instrumental in the reduction of hazardous emissions in underground mining.
