To promote conversion contracts by interacting with customers according to established sales policies and procedures. To focus on business development by establishing relationships with key decision-makers. To establish a strong presence across North & South America, thereby promoting an expansion of MTI & Montabert’s drill market base.

To work closely with MTI’s & Montabert’s team of professionals (Engineers, Marketing, Service, Parts, etc..) to ensure innovative and cost effective conversion solutions for our customers’ needs. To collect marketing information of on drilling equipment at different mine sites and conduct in depth drilling cost analyses. To provide technical service assistance in installation and training on conversions. To prepare and deliver sales presentations on value of IR Montabert drill conversions. To continuously strive to provide the utmost in quality service and customer satisfaction.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge of MTI products, Montabert and other products an asset.
• Must be customer oriented with previous customer service experience an asset.
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Must be willing to work extensively underground.
• Candidates with technical background and training preferred (graduate of mechanical, civil or mining engineering program and / or Heavy Duty Equipment Program).
• Must be self-starter, highly motivated and self-disciplined.
• Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal).
• Computer literacy essential (ie: Word, Excel, power point, etc..).
• Bilingualism an asset (French & English).
