To promote and sell MTI's Capital Products and Services by interacting with customers according to established sales policies and procedures. To travel extensively throughout these countries visiting mines and focusing on business development by establishing relationships with key decision-makers. To further develop MTI's customer base in China, Korea, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia and to continue to service existing valued customers. To work closely with MTI's multi-disciplinary team of professionals (Engineers, Marketing, Service, etc..) to ensure innovative and cost effective solutions for our customers' needs, To continuously strive to provide the utmost in quality service to exceed customer satisfaction.

SKILLS and REQUIREMENTS:

• - Must have underground mining and equipment experience.
• - Candidates with technical background preferred.
• - Must be self-starter, highly motivated, self-disciplined and possess strong managerial capabilities.
• - Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal).
• - Must be customer oriented with previous customer service experience an asset.
• - Computer literacy essential (ie: Word, Excel, PowerPoint ).
• - Must be willing to travel extensively
• - Must have a valid passport
